Shipping Policy - Palm Naturals 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Pakistan (Domestic):
Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days — Rs. 250
Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 2,500

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International delivery will be available soon. For bulk international orders, please contact us at support@palmnaturals.shop.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order status anytime on our website or through the courier partner’s portal.

4. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. For remote areas, delivery may take 1-2 additional days.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack all products with utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@palmnaturals.shop with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@palmnaturals.shop. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is dispatched.

7. Delays
Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
